Charles Johnson, FSA, CERA, brings you over a decade of experience in the insurance and actuarial fields. As ADI's founder and CEO, he has channeled his passion for mentoring and education into developing the next generation of actuarial professionals. His career spans Northwestern Mutual, where he worked on actuarial modeling, asset-liability management, and the implementation of Principle-Based Reserving, and State Farm, where he spent nearly 5 years in progressively responsible roles, culminating as an Actuarial Analyst III and Head of Recruitment. He reviewed hundreds of entry-level actuarial resumes across life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance products. He brings all of that experience directly to you in his course instruction for Coaching Actuaries.
