What is a Pass Guarantee?
The Pass Guarantee is either a one-time renewal (for 180-day subscriptions) or an annual renewal (for 360-day subscriptions) where you are given access to the study materials for that time period.
What is the advantage of having a Pass Guarantee?
If your subscription expires before you pass your exam, you can use a Pass Guarantee to extend your subscription. (You just need to email us and provide confirmation that you have not yet passed your exam.) A 180-day subscription can be extended for another 180 days. A 360-day subscription can be renewed upon expiration as many times as needed until you pass your exam.
How do I apply my Pass Guarantee?
Contact [email protected] and include documentation showing you have not yet passed the exam. Documentation includes one of the following: your grade slip from the most recent sitting, a screenshot of your SOA transcript page with your name and the current date, or the confirmation of an upcoming sitting with your name included. You can also let us know if you want to reset your Earned Level (EL) and Adapt exams and quizzes or reset only your EL. Your Pass Guarantee does not need to be applied immediately after your subscription expires. The Pass Guarantee does not expire and can be applied whenever you are ready to study for the exam again.
